Submitting a Legal or Abuse Request

If you need to submit a complaint, legal request, or report of abuse, please include all relevant information to help us investigate (e.g. the full XMPP stanza(s), logs of the interaction, and precise timestamps if available).

We do not collect or retain user information beyond what is required for the operation of XMPP. This typically includes metadata such as account identifiers, connection times, and standard server logs.

Because of our privacy policy, you may not receive a direct response to your request. This is common among privacy-focused communication providers. Rest assured, all valid complaints are reviewed promptly and thoroughly.
