Note: Your experience differ from the instructions shown below depending on the XMPP client you're using. The instructions below were created using Gajim on Windows Desktop.

Room Owners can promote any user to an Admin by selecting the user in the chat and selecting Make Admin:

To remove an Admin, follow the same steps and select Make Member.
